In his entire tenure he served as the Independent Company Commander of Telecommunication Company and Combat Company Mohandas is a seasoned Operation Management Professional, with Bachelors in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. He is a certified PMP professional (Project Management Programme) and also a certified FINRA Series 99 Operations professional. He also has a certification in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
